This morning Susan B. Anthony List President spoke to CBN News about the Planned Parenthood investigation recently launched by Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-FL).
This investigation is long overdue and rather than cries of “partisan politics!” all Americans should be lauding Rep. Stearns bravery. For years, concerns of pro-lifers about Planned Parenthood’s cover-up of sex abuse and use of taxpayer funding have been ignored. And with Planned Parenthood the darling of everyone from fashionable Hollywood stars to our nation’s President, it’s not hard to see why.
Thanks to the work of countless pro-life groups and individuals including the explosive undercover videos of Lila Rose and the Live Action team released earlier this year and the landmark report put out by Americans United for Life, it seems that pro-life concerns can no longer being ignored.
And with more and more ex-Planned Parenthood employees coming forward to expose their former employer—Abby Johnson, Jewels Green, and Catherine Adair — to name a few—we can only imagine that Rep. Stearn’s efforts will bear fruit.
If Planned Parenthood has nothing to hide, let them prove it.
