Senator Chuck Grassley was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1980 and is one of two active farmers in the upper chamber today. During his time in the Senate, he has maintained a 100% pro-life voting record and has an A+ on SBA List's National Pro-Life Scorecard. He also co-signed a congressional amicus brief in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. Sen. Grassley and his wife Barbara are members of Prairie Lakes Church Cedar Falls and have five adult children.
