Biography

State Senator Jen Kiggans served for 10 years in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter pilot, completing two deployments before retiring and joining civilian life. She became a nurse practitioner, specializing in geriatric care, and continues to serve elderly patients at a small practice in Virginia Beach. In 2019 she was elected to the Virginia Senate, representing District 7. Throughout her career in the state Senate, Jen has voted to protect the unborn. She and her husband Steve, also a Navy veteran, live in Virginia Beach with their four kids.

This fall, Jen will face Rep. Elaine Luria in a toss-up election. Luria has an F on our scorecard, having voted to allow abortion up to the moment of birth. We need Jen’s bold pro-life advocacy in the nation’s capital to prevent the radical pro-abortion agenda from taking hold.
