How SBA Pro-Life America Wins at the Ballot Box

Through door-to-door outreach and direct voter contact, we empower communities to choose life at the ballot box.

The Largest Pro-Life Voter Contact Program in America

SBA Pro-Life America and our partner organization Women Speak Out PAC lead the nation’s most effective voter contact program — reaching millions of voters face-to-face in the neighborhoods where elections are won. This is our impact to date.

Protecting Our Majority

In 2024, SBA Pro-Life America and our partner organization, Women Speak Out PAC, ran the largest pro-life voter contact effort in history — reaching over 10 million voters and making more than 4 million visits to voter homes in key battleground states. With 3,000+ canvassers on the ground, our team helped deliver a decisive GOP victory: winning the presidency, flipping the Senate, and holding the House.

Now, we’re ramping back up.

The 2026 midterm elections will determine control of Congress — and with it, the future of pro-life policy. Starting in June 2025, we’re relaunching our nationwide voter contact program, targeting the most competitive Senate and House races across the country.

Our experienced canvassers will begin one-on-one conversations with voters in critical battlegrounds — aiming to reach millions more by Election Day and ensure pro-life leaders win again in 2026.

What We Do

Our team focuses on two types of voters to communicate the pro-life message and expose Democrats’ extremism on issues like late-term abortion and infanticide:

  1. Pro-life voters who are with us on the issue, but who don’t consistently vote in every election.
  2. Persuadable pro-life voters would likely vote for the pro-abortion candidate without information and education, but they can be convinced not to, based on the life issue. This includes Independents, minority voters, and some Democrats.

Our program combines high-touch door-to-door canvassing, voter contact mail, hard-hitting digital ads, live phone calls, and text messaging. Speaking with voters face to face, directly at their homes is the cornerstone of our program that allows us to cut through the noise of campaign ads.

Analysis in prior election cycles shows we can increase voter turnout by 6.6% on average by delivering our message personally at voters’ homes. A good example of our impact: Pro-life Senator Rick Scott defeated incumbent pro-abortion Democrat Bill Nelson by a little over 10,000 votes out of 8.1 million votes cast – our field team in Florida visited over one million voters in his race, helping provide the margin of victory.

Marjorie Dannenfelser, President
“Our canvassers are the heart and soul of this movement. They are engaging with Americans in a personal and meaningful way, making sure everyone knows the truth about pro-abortion policies and about what their lawmakers are doing—or not doing—to protect babies.”
