Legislative Director
Jamie Dangers serves as Legislative Director for Susan B. Anthony List. In this role, she serves as the link between Susan B. Anthony List and Congressional staff in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, and is responsible for lobbying activities to implement the organization’s federal legislative goals.
Jamie came to Susan B. Anthony List from Capitol Hill, where she led on pro-life and religious freedom legislative issues for a Member of Congress. She previously worked in the pro-life movement for nonprofits in Washington, D.C. and Colorado Springs and in communications and youth ministry in Colorado Springs.
Jamie’s heart for the vulnerable was developed during her formative years as a missionary kid in Uganda, where her family serves in orphan care ministry. Her life has been further enriched by her sweet sister who has Down Syndrome and her vivacious niece who was adopted. These dear people and experiences continue to motivate her to advance the pro-life cause on the Hill. Jamie resides in Washington, D.C.
