To support the important pro-life mission of Susan B. Anthony List, Inc. (dba Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America) and its affiliated organizations (hereinafter collectively referred to as “SBA LIST”), I have chosen to share my story with SBA LIST, and I give SBA LIST (and those acting with its approval and authority) permission and a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, unconditional, assignable, sublicensable, absolute and irrevocable right and license in perpetuity, to use my name, likeness, image, voice, story, and statements (hereinafter “the Released Material”), without any limitation whatsoever in any form or medium.
I understand that the Released Material may be used in any media without restriction, including but not limited to printed communications, photographs, videos, audio recordings, articles, stories, internet postings, social media postings, in connection with artificial intelligence (including but not limited to the training, output and generation of new content of or by such tools) and other settings and projects (hereinafter the “Work”). By executing this Agreement, I agree to waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the Work incorporating the Released Material, or any advertised copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with the Work.
I confirm that by signing this Agreement, the Work becomes the sole property of SBA LIST to the fullest extent permitted by law, to do with as it wills and I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally transfer and assign all right, title and interest that I may hold (if any) to SBA LIST. I also understand that this Agreement gives SBA LIST the right, but not the obligation, to record and use the Work as it sees fit, including to use, re-use, publish, re-publish, distribute and otherwise reproduce, modify, create derivative works, edit, exhibit, publicly display, project, digitize, convert to electronic, moving picture, video, audio or other media now known or hereafter created, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images or content, and in conjunction with any copyrighted matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and in connection with artificial intelligence (including but not limited to the training, output and generation of new content of or by such tools) in any manner that SBA LIST may see fit and for any purpose whatsoever, and to use the Released Material and the Work in connection therewith.
I understand that this Agreement applies to and can be used by and for the benefit of SBA LIST, its affiliates, the employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, successors and assignees of SBA LIST and its affiliates, and other third parties that utilize the Work (collectively hereinafter the “Releasees”). I also acknowledge that SBA LIST has the right to share the Work and Released Materials with third-parties, including news organizations, and that SBA LIST has no control over the way that third-parties, such as news organizations, may use the Released Materials or the Work.
I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge SBA LIST and the other Releasees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Work, and any alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise that may occur or be produced in the making, revising or displaying of the Work, including without limitation any and all claims for defamation, false light, invasion of privacy or involving any of my rights of publicity or other proprietary right (if any).
I likewise agree not to file or commence any lawsuit, administrative complaint, or assert any claim or objection of any kind against SBA LIST or the other Releasees in connection with the Work.
SBA LIST and the other Releasees may sell, assign, license, sublicense or otherwise transfer all rights granted to it hereunder.
My interest in supporting the pro-life goals of SBA LIST is the only form of compensation (consideration) that I am entitled to receive in connection with this Agreement and any and all used of the Released Material and the Work. I have been given the opportunity to consult with and receive the advice of a lawyer before signing this Agreement, but have chosen not to do so.
I REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I AM OF LEGAL AGE AND OTHERWISE HAVE THE FULL RIGHT, POWER, AND AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE CONTENTS THEREOF.
