Extreme Bill Would Eliminate Pro-life State Laws Nationwide
Washington, D.C. – Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List), will address the media by phone tomorrow morning ahead of the U.S. House vote on the so-called “Women’s Health Protection Act.” This legislation would expand abortion on demand by preventing enforcement of existing pro-life laws on the federal and state level and blocking the passage of new pro-life laws. The Biden administration backed the bill in a Statement of Administration Policy issued Monday.
Susan B. Anthony List previously announced it will score against the vote and sent a detailed memo (available here) to members of Congress prior to the vote.
