Washington, D.C. – Today the national pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund (SBA List) announced its endorsement of U.S. Representative Kay Granger for re-election in Texas’ 12th Congressional District.
“As ranking member on the House Committee on Appropriations, Congresswoman Kay Granger has been a strong advocate for unborn children and the pro-life movement,” said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “Rep. Granger has demonstrated strength and diligence in protecting President Trump’s pro-life victories from abortion extremists led by Speaker Pelosi who have unsuccessfully tried to undermine them. We are proud to endorse her and have no doubt she will continue to stand up for pro-life Texans and ensure that their voice is heard in Washington.”
Rep. Kay Granger has served in Congress for over twenty years, first elected in 1997. Since then, she has supported key pro-life legislation such as the Born-Alive Survivors Protection Act, the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, the Conscience Protection Act, and the Defund Planned Parenthood Act. She has also defended pro-life policy as ranking member on the House Committee on Appropriations.
