WASHINGTON, D.C. – In response to presidential candidate Donald Trump’s statement on the Supreme Court decision in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt, Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List) President Marjorie Dannenfelser issued the following comment:
“Donald Trump’s most important commitment to date is his promise to appoint pro-life justices to the Supreme Court. This is further proof that he takes that commitment seriously. There is no question that Hillary Clinton will appoint justices in lockstep with her extreme view that ‘the unborn person doesn’t have constitutional rights,’ even at the point when they can feel pain and beyond. Clinton’s Supreme Court would enshrine her radical agenda of abortion on demand through all nine months of pregnancy for decades to come.”
