Chairwoman McDaniel recognized the magnitude of the Dobbs decision before it came down and the urgent need to arm GOP candidates and surrogates with strong messaging to go on the offense. She knows in order to win the debate we must define what the GOP stands for and contrast it with the extremist view of the Democrats: abortion on demand, up until birth, paid for by the taxpayers.
