$2 Million Buy Focuses on Key Battleground States Ahead of Final Opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson
Washington, D.C. – Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America announced the launch of a $2 million digital ad campaign in eight key states ahead of a final decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The U.S. Supreme Court will address the constitutionality of pre-viability limits on abortion in the case.
The ads highlight scientific advances that reveal the humanity of unborn children and the extremism of U.S. policy that allows unlimited late-term abortion up to birth. Featured in the ads are Annie Fitzgerald, a young woman who was adopted, Dr. Casey L. Delcoco, a family practitioner who cares for mothers and children, as well as Dr. John Bruchalski, a practicing OB/GYN who regrets having performed abortions. The campaign is an expansion of an ongoing ad campaign from November 2021. The ads are available for viewing at modernizeourlaw.com.
The digital campaign will begin June 23 and reach residents of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin for two weeks. Recent polling finds that a strong majority of likely voters in those states reject abortion extremism and support a 15-week limit on abortion.
“As we wait for the pivotal decision in the Dobbs case, we are working hard to educate voters across America about the unmistakable humanity of unborn children revealed by science. Unborn children have a beating heart by six weeks, are forming their unique fingerprints by 10 weeks, and can suck their thumb, make faces and feel pain by 15 weeks,” said SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “The more Americans learn, the more they reject our extreme status quo that allows abortion on demand up to birth. We hope the Court will finally take their thumb off the scale and allow the American people speaking through their legislators to safeguard unborn children and their mothers in the law.”
This election cycle, SBA Pro-Life America and its affiliated entities plan to spend $78 million to protect life across America. This includes reaching eight million voters across battleground states – four million directly at their doors – to educate them on key issues and win pro-life majorities in the U.S. House and Senate.
Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.
