There is no listed start date for early absentee ballot applications.
Applications are due on November 3, 2024. However if you are a hospitalized voter or sequestered juror, you have until November 5, 2024 at 5pm. In-person absentee voting can end before this, depending on the municipality.
Early voting begins as early as October 22, 2024 (depends on the town/village/city).
Early voting ends no later than November 3, 2024 (depends on the town/village/city).
Absentee ballots may be sent automatically if a voter cannot go to the polls due to age, illness, infirmity, or disability.
No excuse is required for an absentee ballot.
