In response to news that the 5th Circuit ruled to allow Texas and Louisiana to defund Planned Parenthood of Medicaid funding, SBA List issued the following statement:
“This ruling is a huge victory in the battle to stop taxpayer funding of America’s biggest abortion business – Planned Parenthood,” said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. “The core mission of Planned Parenthood is to destroy innocent human life, the antithesis to real healthcare. We thank pro-life leaders in Texas and Louisiana for working tirelessly to disentangle taxpayer dollars from the abortion industry.”
