Washington, D.C. – Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America released the following statement in response to the tragic loss of U.S. Representative Jackie Walorski (R-IN) and staff members Emma Thomson and Zachery Potts:
“We are shocked and heartbroken by the news from Indiana. Congresswoman Jackie Walorski was a true hero in the pro-life movement. She had the heart and fight of the missionary that she was before elected to Congress, where she worked relentlessly to protect unborn children and defend and honor their mothers. We are greatly saddened also by the loss of her staff members, Emma and Zach, our friends and allies.
“Our prayers and condolences are with their families, loved ones, and all those who worked together with Congresswoman Walorski. We will keep their memory close as we fight on.”
