Washington, D.C. – Today Susan B. Anthony List and its partner Women Speak Out PAC (WSO PAC) announced an update on the groups’ campaign efforts in North Carolina. The comprehensive effort to re-elect President Trump, Senator Thom Tillis, and gubernatorial candidate Dan Forest includes voter contact mail, phone calls, digital ads, and a 167-person ground team which has been going door to door since July of 2019. The campaign is part of the organizations’ overall $52 million budget for the 2020 cycle and represents the largest field effort by an outside group in the country.
SBA List and WSO PAC will make 9,765,274 communications to a universe of 1.2 Million North Carolina voters by Election Day through mail, digital, phones, and in-person canvassing.
“North Carolina is a key battleground where our team has been working tirelessly to contact voters since July of last year. Through hard-hitting mail, digital ads, phone calls, and face to face visits at their door, North Carolinians have received a clear message about what pro-life champions President Donald Trump, Sen. Thom Tillis, and Dan Forest are up against with their radical pro-abortion opponents. Life and death are on the ballot this Election Day,” said Mallory Quigley, national spokeswoman for SBA List’s Women Speak Out PAC.
Earlier this month, SBA List hosted a #ConfirmAmy Press Tour, stopping in Greensboro and Charlotte NC, to rally grassroots support for President Trump, Senator Tillis, and the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court. A recent Gallup poll shows that a majority of Americans want Judge Barrett confirmed to the Court and polling conducted last week by The Marist Poll found that two out of three voters nationwide oppose the idea of a Biden-Harris administration expanding the Court.
SBA List and Women Speak Out PAC will reach more than 8 million voters by Election Day Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Montana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.
