Anti-abortion rights women’s group endorses first House candidates

The Susan B. Anthony List, an anti-abortion rights women’s group, announced its first House endorsements of the cycle, getting behind Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) as well as three women in Republican-leaning open seats.
King faces a potentially tough challenge from former Iowa first lady Christie Vilsack (D), who has the support of many liberal organizations including EMILY’s List, a group that backs pro-abortion rights Democratic women.
