This Thursday, the Republican House leadership released its “Pledge to America” which included pro-life legislative priorities called for in the Susan B. Anthony List’s Life Speaking Out Campaign and the 20,000 combined signatures President Marjorie Dannenfelser delivered to the leadership late last week in conjunction with the American Principles Project, Let Freedom Ring and American Values.  In the weeks leading up to the release of the Pledge, the Life Speaking Out campaign, by itself, mobilized more than 10,000 pro-life Americans to petition House GOP leaders to make defending Life a priority should they win back a majority in Congress.  

Among other regular coverage, this week’s included a steady stream of stories including Marjorie’s response to the Pledge and to which pro-life legislation should be given priority as the GOP leadership moves forward.
