Taxpayers should not be funding Planned Parenthood’s business of death and harm. Abortion is the leading cause of death in America topping 1.1 million abortions in 2024.
Planned Parenthood dominates the abortion market doing nearly 40% of all abortions in the U.S. and carries out 402,230 abortions in a year. That’s the equivalent of New Orleans’ entire population or 10 times the number of people Times Square holds.

Most Americans oppose taxpayer-funded abortions

Nearly 60% of Americans oppose taxpayer-funded abortions. This includes 33% of Democrats, 41% of pro-choice voters, and 58% of Independents.

Planned Parenthood harms women as the New York Times recently documented:

  • In California, a woman experienced nerve damage after Planned Parenthood incorrectly implanted a birth control device.
  • A Nebraska Planned Parenthood continued to bring women in despite sewage that had been leaking into a recovery room for days – causing women to vomit. Also in Nebraska, a woman had a stillborn child when Planned Parenthood inserted a IUD while she was pregnant.

A facility in Missouri was shut down after using moldy abortion equipment on women. And a Missouri Planned Parenthood offered to help a man transport a 13-year-old girl out of state, saying, “We never tell the parents anything. She’s an adult in our clinics.”

Women like  Cree Erwin, Tonya Reaves (pictured right) and Alyona Dixon have died.

During the 2024 election cycle, Planned Parenthood spent a record-breaking $69.5 million to elect Democrats like Kamala Harris who endorse abortion at any point in pregnancy.

The Domestic Protect Life Rule is a good place to start. Pres. Trump already defunded Big Abortion overseas with the Global Protect Life Rule – it should be done domestically too.
