President Trump’s campaign will unveil a new pro-life coalition on Friday as part of its effort to drive pro-life voters to the polls in 2020, Fox News has learned.
The “Pro-Life Voices for Trump” coalition will be led by Susan B. Anthony List president Marjorie Dannenfelser, who previously criticized Trump but came to praise his administration’s achievements on the issue.
“From appointing pro-life judges to defunding Planned Parenthood, President Trump’s track record demonstrates he’s the most pro-life President in history,” Dannenfelser said in a statement provided to Fox News.
News of the coalition came just a day before President Trump is set to take the stage at the March for Life, making history as the first president to address the massive gathering of pro-life activists in person. During a video message in 2018, Trump became the first sitting American president to address the March for Life.
“While President Trump continues to protect innocent life every day and at every stage, 2020 Democrats stand in stark contrast and support extreme pro-abortion policies,” the president said. “Re-electing President Trump means keeping pro-life values in the White House.”
