Columbia, S.C. – Women Speak Out PAC, a partner of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, announced the launch of a $1 million campaign exposing the extreme abortion agenda of Democrats Annie Andrews and Jermaine Johnson. The campaign includes digital ads, voter mail, text messages and phone calls focused on 550,000 pro-life voters statewide—part of the groups’ larger campaign, including efforts on the ground, absentee voting, and early voting to reach 10 million persuadable and low-turnout voters in the 2026 cycle.

SBA Pro-Life America Candidate Fund has endorsed Alan Wilson for governor and Darline Graham for U.S. Senate.

Digital ads highlight Andrews’ and Johnson’s support for painful late-term abortions with no limits, paid for by taxpayers, and abortions for minors without parental consent. Message testing conducted in swing midterm races and released by SBA Pro-Life America shows going on offense to call out Democrats’ extremism on late-term abortion moves the margin 4-5 points toward the pro-life candidate.

Kelsey Pritchard, a spokeswoman for Women Speak Out, slammed the Democrats’ record and praised the effort to expose them, saying:

“Annie Andrews and Jermaine Johnson are wildly out of step with South Carolinians. Today’s Democrats can’t even draw the line at late-term abortions in the seventh, eighth and ninth months of pregnancy, with healthy moms and healthy babies who feel excruiating pain. They’ll bring Massachusetts-style abortion on demand up to birth to every state and force taxpayers to pay for it, while denying parents the right to protect vulnerable young girls from abortion profiteers and predators. When pro-life champions like Sen. Darline Graham and Alan Wilson go on offense to expose their extremist opponents, the impact is proven and powerful.”

This election cycle, SBA Pro-Life America and its affiliated entities plan to spend $80 million to protect life across America. The groups’ voter contact program—the largest and most effective of its kind in the country—includes reaching 10 million voters across Wisconsin, Michigan, North Carolina, Iowa, Ohio, Montana, Georgia and Texas as well as South Carolina. The group has visited the homes of nearly 120,000 South Carolina voters thus far.
