Washington, D.C. – Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Candidate Fund announced its endorsement of Republican Jon Bonck for Congress in Texas’ 38^th District.

“Texans deserve champions for life in Congress. Jon Bonck is 100 percent pro-life, with a firm conviction that life is a gift from God that should be cherished and protected. We’re proud to endorse him,” said the Hon. Marilyn Musgrave, SBA Pro-Life America’s vice president of government affairs. “Jon is exactly the kind of fighter we need at ‘such a time as this.’ With its strong pro-life laws, Texas should be one of the safest places in the country for unborn babies and their moms. Yet abortion activists have a target on the Lone Star State, taking advantage of Biden-era rules to flood the mail with abortion drugs. Jon will courageously stand up to the Big Abortion lobby, especially Planned Parenthood, and Democrats pushing to legalize all-trimester abortions in all 50 states. Local and national pro-life leaders trust him to hit the ground running as a strong ally in Washington. We urge pro-life voters of the 38^th District to turn out, whether you vote early starting the 18^th or on Election Day on the 26^th, and support Jon Bonck.”

Before running for Congress, Jon Bonck built a successful career in the real estate and mortgage businesses. He is a respected leader in his professional life as well as in his church community, where he serves as a deacon, Bible study teacher and financial steward. Early voting for the runoff election runs Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22. Election Day is Tuesday, May 26.
