Billy Valentine

Billy Valentine is the Vice President of Political Affairs at Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America.

In this role, Billy leads the organization’s government affairs strategy, managing a team of federal and state lobbyists and setting policy priorities. He also helps direct the organization’s PAC, overseeing candidate endorsements and directing engagement in key federal and state races.

Billy has played a central role in high-profile legislative efforts, including campaigns to redirect taxpayer funding away from Planned Parenthood and the successful strategy to help overturn Roe v. Wade. During the 2016 presidential race, he worked closely with SBA President Marjorie Dannenfelser to secure historic pro-life commitments from then-candidate Donald Trump. He previously served on Catholic advisory committees for the Romney and McCain campaigns.

A native of Northern Virginia and graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville, Billy began his career on the campaigns of Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) and Rep. Chris Smith (R-NJ). He first joined Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America in 2003 as a high school intern and joined full-time in 2010.

Billy and his wife, Natalie, live in Northern Virginia with their five children. In his spare time, he serves as an unpaid Uber driver, chauffeuring his kids to youth sporting events across the region.
