Onboarding and Internship Manager

Libby Bova is the Onboarding and Internship Manager, where she supports new hires and oversees the internship program. Through her previous work in ministry, Libby developed a deep appreciation for mission-driven organizations and is passionate about helping people connect to a shared purpose. She especially enjoys building relationships with interns and helping them grow both personally and professionally.

Libby graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida with a degree in Marketing and is originally from Springdale, Arkansas.
