Today, Congresswoman Renee Ellmers (R-NC) spoke out in favor of the recent budget agreement, including the addition of the Dornan amendment, which prevents taxpayer funding of abortion in the District of Columbia.
As Congresswoman Ellmers notes, the Dornan amendment will save the lives of an estimated one thousand children per year.
