Video: Pro-Life Representatives Defending Life in the House

Last week, the House of Representatives voted on the D.C. Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 3803), which would end late-term abortion in our nation’s capital by banning abortions after 20 weeks fertilization, when an unborn child can feel pain. 220 Members of Congress voted for this critical pro-life legislation; 154 opposed it.
