Trump Admin Stands With Int’l Community for Life, Rejecting Abortion on Demand
Washington, D.C. – SBA Pro-Life America President Majorie Dannenfelser hailed President Trump’s rejoining of the Geneva Consensus Declaration, which states that there is no international right to abortion:
“The Geneva Consensus Declaration is a landmark achievement between the United States, spearheaded by President Trump during his first administration, and more than 30 nations affirming the right to life and rejecting abortion on demand. Regrettably, Biden and Harris unilaterally withdrew from it and made our nation a global exporter of abortion. But thanks to President Trump, we are standing with the international community for life again. President Trump’s executive action reaffirms the commitment of nations to protect their most vulnerable citizens, including unborn children, while safeguarding sovereign countries against pressure from the United Nations and others to strip those protections away. One after another, President Trump’s great pro-life victories are being restored and this is just the beginning.”
