Additional SCOTUS Efforts Come as Pro-life Groups Enter Final Stages of Campaign to Re-elect Pro-life Senators & President Trump in Battleground States
Washington, D.C. – Today Susan B. Anthony List (SBA List) and American Values Action launched a digital ad campaign in support of Judge Amy Coney Barrett. The ad buy will target persuadable voters in battleground states to build upon existing strong support to #ConfirmAmy ahead of Election Day.

The ad buy represents an expansion of Susan B. Anthony List’s overall $52 million budget and campaign to reach eight million voters ahead of Election Day through targeted voter contact mail, phone calls, texts, and door to door canvassing.
Last week, SBA List and its partner, Women Speak Out PAC, announced additional independent expenditure campaigns for Sens. Lindsey Graham and Joni Ernst as they lead the Senate Judiciary Committee in the confirmation process.
Following Judge Barrett’s nomination, SBA List and members of the Pro-life Court Coalition held a five-state tour of key battlegrounds rallying pro-life activists around Judge Barrett’s confirmation and showcasing grassroots support for President Trump and Senators supporting Barrett’s nomination.
“While pro-abortion Democratic senators tried to avoid overtly attacking Judge Barrett’s faith, they could help but repeatedly fear-monger on the issue of abortion – even though it is politically unwise for them to do so,” said Mallory Quigley, spokeswoman for Susan B. Anthony List and Women Speak Out PAC. “Like our pro-life heroes in the Senate, including Sens. Lindsey Graham, Joni Ernst, Thom Tillis, and more, the SBA List team is on offense to expose the contrast that exists between the two sides on this issue.
“Not only is the Biden-Harris ticket the most pro-abortion ticket in history, the pair have refused to be transparent on the issue of packing the court with activist pro-abortion judges, with Biden going so far as to say that Americans will find out where he stands on this issue on the day after the election. Life is on the line this election and we will do everything in our power to ensure pro-life candidates triumph.”
