Washington, D.C.Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Candidate Fund announced its endorsement of Jenn Giroux in Ohio’s 27th House District and Kristina Roegner for re-election in Ohio’s 27th Senate District.

Hon. Marilyn Musgrave, SBA Pro-Life America’s vice president of government affairs, praised the candidates:

Jenn Giroux is pro-life through and through and a vocal advocate for unborn babies and mothers. As an experienced nurse, a mom of nine and a grandma to six, she brings a thorough knowledge of medical science that proves the humanity of unborn children, as well as strength and compassion to this fight in the Dobbs era. She will be a tremendous addition serving Ohioans in the House.

“Veteran lawmaker Kristina Roegner boldly led the charge in the state Senate to protect unborn children from abortion when their heartbeat can be detected – a law that is saving lives today. At a time when strong pro-life, pro-woman leaders are needed more than ever, Sen. Roegner can be counted on to stand with the people of Ohio and we look forward to seeing her re-elected.”

A native of Cincinnati, Giroux is a pro-life speaker, a small business owner and a registered nurse of 37 years. She is the former executive director of HLI America, a program of Human Life International. She and her husband Dan have nine children.

Roegner has represented the 27th Senate District since 2019, after serving for four terms in the Ohio House. Previously she worked as a management consultant, as well as a field engineer for Westinghouse Power Generation. She and her husband Eric have three daughters.

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America is a network of more than one million pro-life Americans nationwide, dedicated to ending abortion by electing national leaders and advocating for laws that save lives, with a special calling to promote pro-life women leaders.
