Washington, D.C. – Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America’s Candidate Fund announced its endorsement of U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) for re-election.
“Senator Tim Scott’s life is an incredible testament to the American dream and the foundational value that every life is worth protecting,” said Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of SBA Pro-Life America. “Senator Scott’s journey to Congress shows the possibilities when all children have the right to live and the chance to achieve their God-given potential. Scott was raised by his mother in North Charleston. He first served on the Charleston County Council, followed by the South Carolina House of Representatives. He was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2010 and joined the U.S. Senate in 2013.
