Premier Pro-Life Field Program to Make 500,000 Visits to Voters Across Buckeye State to Elect Champions in Key Senate, House Races

Toledo, Ohio – Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and Women Speak Out PAC announced they are dedicating $3.25 million to visit 500,000 Buckeye State voters at their homes by Election Day to support pro-life Republican U.S. Senator Jon Husted and defeat pro-abortion former U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, as well as to elect pro-life champions in key U.S. House races. The campaign will also include digital advertising, voter contact mail and a robust early vote campaign as the races progress.

Husted is endorsed by SBA Pro-Life America Candidate Fund.

Ohio has been an SBA/WSO stronghold for more than a decade. Led by State Director Mathew Mesa, the groups’ field effort will be focused primarily in Toledo, Cincinnati and Dayton, deploying hundreds of canvassers and targeting pro-life voters who do not consistently vote in midterm elections as well as persuadable voters.

SBA Pro-Life America has the largest grassroots pro-life voter contact program in the country. In the six election cycles since 2014, the program has reached 31 million voters across the top battleground states. The Ohio campaign is part of an overall $80 million investment for the 2026 midterm cycle to reach 10.5 million voters nationally in the nation’s most competitive House, Senate, and gubernatorial battlegrounds.

SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser praised Husted’s leadership and urged Ohioans to support pro-life champions across the ballot:

We must keep this good man in the U.S. Senate as part of a strong pro-life majority to protect historic victories like defunding Big Abortion businesses of taxpayer dollars. The contrast in this race could not be greater. Sherrod Brown is an extremist who backs a national all-trimester mandate and was rightly ousted just last cycle. Now he’s back for a rematch, but our experienced voter contact team knows Ohio well and will hit the ground running to expose radical Democrats like Brown and turn out the vote to elect pro-life champions to the Senate and House.”
