Washington, D.C. – Today Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America’s Candidate Fund announced its endorsement of Kelli Stargel for Congress in Florida’s 15th Congressional District.
“Our longtime ally and Torchbearer Awardee Kelli Stargel is a tremendous champion for unborn children and their mothers. We couldn’t be prouder to endorse her for Congress,” said Hon. Marilyn Musgrave, SBA Pro-Life America’s vice president of government affairs. “Kelli has authored more pro-life bills than any Florida legislator and led the fight to stop brutal late abortions when unborn children can feel pain. Her leadership was instrumental in getting the strongest pro-life protections in state history passed and signed into law by Governor DeSantis – saving as many as 3,300 lives a year. Kelli will hit the ground running in Washington and we can hardly wait to see her take on Biden, Pelosi and the radical abortion lobby.”
A native of Tampa, Stargel is a member of SBA Pro-Life America’s National Pro-Life Caucus. Earlier in 2022 she received the group’s Torchbearer Award for outstanding leadership at the state level. She has represented the Lakeland area in the Florida Senate since 2012 after serving in the House from 2008-2012.
