Pennsylvania is both a presidential battleground and a Senate battleground. In 2016, Trump won the state, but Biden flipped it in 2020. It is considered extremely competitive in 2024 and is currently ranked as a “toss up.”
On the Senate front, Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (D) is up for re-election and faces a strong challenge from pro-life businessman Davie McCormick. When Senator Casey first ran for office in PA, he campaigned as a pro-life Democrat and occasionally would vote pro-life in the Senate. However, over time he’s become more and more radical. He’s even voted for the so-called Women’s Health Protection Act, which would mandate abortion on-demand, even painful late-term abortions in the 7th, 8th, and 9th month of pregnancy, across all 50 states. Currently, the Senate race is ranked as “Leans Democrat.”
