As part of House procedure, members must vote on a resolution or “Rule” that sets the parameters for debate and vote on final passage of legislation. This vote allowed the House to move forward with debate and final passage of the Senate-amended H.R.1, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which would defund Big Abortion businesses like Planned Parenthood for one year. SBA Pro-Life America SUPPORTED.
